How to set it up
Four steps, about two minutes.
Do this on a desktop — Claude's connector settings aren't available in the mobile app. You only do it once per device.
Create a key in Colecta
Settings → Connections → Create a key. Name it after the device you're setting up, like “My laptop”. The key is shown once and only once.
Copy the server address
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste this as the address.

Claude asks for an authentication token. That's the key you copied in step one. Paste it and save.
If you've already closed the key screen, the key is gone — create a new one and revoke the old. It takes ten seconds.
Ask Claude about your account
Try “which of my reels reached the most non-followers?”. Claude will ask permission to use Colecta the first time, then answer from your real data.
How to know it worked
Ask Claude anything about your account. Then check Colecta → Settings → Connections: your key's “last used” will have updated.
What it can't do
It reads. That's the whole permission.

Edit your bio, captions or any existing post
Colecta never requested publishing access from Instagram, so there is nothing to hand Claude even by mistake.

A Colecta plan
Included at no extra cost — and the free 14 days count. If your trial has finished, keys stop answering until sync is active again.
An Instagram Professional account
Creator or Business, public. Same requirement as the rest of Colecta.
Claude on a desktop
Connector settings live in the desktop app and on claude.ai. Once connected, asking works anywhere you use Claude.
