At Colecta AI Pvt Ltd ("Colecta AI," "we," "our," or "us"), we aim to deliver a seamless experience for creators through our AI-powered management platform.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules regarding payments, credit purchases, and refunds. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Credits & Payment Model

Colecta AI operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credit packages that can be used to access AI-powered features and services.

All fees and charges are final and non-refundable, except as specifically outlined in this policy or where required under Indian law.

2. Free Daily Credits

Every user receives 50 free daily credits that reset every 24 hours.

  • Daily credits do not accumulate or roll over
  • They are available for use within the 24-hour period
  • No refunds apply to unused daily credits

3. Purchased Credit Packages

Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account until used.

  • All credit purchases are one-time payments (no subscriptions)
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Bonus credits included in packages are also non-refundable

4. No Refunds Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once credits are purchased, they are added to your account and cannot be refunded, regardless of whether they have been used or not.

Important Points:

  • Credits must be used by the account holder and are non-transferable
  • Purchased credits do not expire but remain in your account
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused credits
  • Please review your credit package carefully before purchasing

5. Support for Issues

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to helping you resolve any technical issues or concerns with our platform.

6. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
